THE SUNSET RELAY – DAY 3

After bowling karaoke night and a fairly short night at the hotel, we get up at 5:45 am to have breakfast and take off to the first relay of the day: canoe & boat.

The sun appears and starts to get eaten by mosquitoes that Sami are huge (and mutants I think). This is the first time we found as we feel we get to the south!
Our goal: to join Lulea before midnight tonight!

We leave for the rest of the relay, the landscapes are beautiful and we all take this moment to cool. It's so much nicer when it's nice and warm!

The bus and the helicopter ride!
It's time for Juliette, Bob, Tobias and Annette  from starting to 26km cycling and roller! Bob is amazing in its speed demonstrations. He spiked 45km / h. WOUHHH.

The steps run and I am more and more impatient to get on my bike to travel the 16 kilometers with my team the day!

The energy level of Juliet's amazing: In addition it covers events, she takes advantage of every break to go swimming!
The great regret of this trip was to forget my bathing suit in Paris!
About 2 hours before taking the start, it starts to rain a downpour, I begin to anxious at the thought of having to ride in the pouring rain. Finally a lull will be held at our off the bus and will last until midnight!
Ben of Jolie Stride joined us after a good airplane galley, and he decided to jump on a mountain bike to join us. Intrepid time.

The little man in red is bibi.

We arrive in time, it is rapidly changing and it connects to the 8 km that separate us from the finish line!

So a huge thank you to all the staff of Sunset Relay and congratulations to all participants! I miss you already !
